Payment for setup fee and the first session is due at the first appointment. Each session is scheduled for two hours until the completion of the mediation.

If required, continued mediation services are billed at an hourly rate and paid after each session. 

Fees are the responsibility of both parties unless agreed to otherwise in advance of the first mediation session.

A $25.00 charge will be assessed for a check returned due to insufficient funds.
